These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Members" or "you") of the rbajiee platform and its services. rbajiee is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. rbajiee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via email or platform notification.

All rbajiee services, games, promotions, and transactions are governed by these Terms & Conditions. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these terms.

To open an account on rbajiee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• You must provide your correct name, address, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
• Rbajiee reserves the right to close any account where false or inaccurate information has been provided.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility as a member.

After registration, you may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on rbajiee:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours
• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number at the time of withdrawal.
• Deposits must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted.

Rbajiee may request verification for suspicious transactions. In such cases, the member must submit the required documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

The following rules apply when placing bets on rbajiee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — please bet carefully.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your stake will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Maximum bet limits are set by rbajiee and vary by game and event.
• If evidence of irregularities is found in any event, rbajiee reserves the right to void the relevant bets.

Odds in Sports Betting are determined by market conditions and real-time data. rbajiee always strives to offer fair odds. If any odds are found to be erroneous, the related bet may be voided.

The following terms apply to rbajiee bonuses and promotions:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If you withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
• Accounts may be suspended if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbajiee:

1. Multi-Account: Creating multiple accounts — for any reason whatsoever.
2. Bonus Abuse: Using multiple identities or strategies to claim bonuses.

4. System Hacking: Probing or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.
5. Match Fixing: Attempting to unfairly influence the outcome of any event.
6. Money Laundering: rbajiee has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of illegal monetary transactions.

Rbajiee may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Members will be notified by email if their account is suspended. If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact the support team.

Rbajiee is not liable for the following:

• Loss due to internet disconnection
• Disruption of third-party services (payment gateways)
• Issues with the user's own device
• If services are disrupted due to a natural disaster or unforeseen event

If any loss occurs due to a platform error on rbajiee, the maximum compensation will be equal to the amount of the bet in question.

Rbajiee may update these rules and terms in part or in full at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• A pop-up notification will be displayed on the platform for any major changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: A cap on bet amounts above a set limit.
• Cooldown Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period.
